The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO of a private equity-backed mid-size technology services company in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
  • Take and transcribe notes during meetings
  • Support Communication needs of the CEO Office.
  • Manage the CEO's expense reports and reimbursements
  • Coordinate with other executives and departments as needed, including support for prep of Board meetings, logistics, etc.
  • Maintain a confidential and professional demeanor at all times
  • Enable support as required to executives of Private Equity and Board Members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a confidential and professional demeanor at all times
  • Comfortable in Global Time zones and cultures, specifically working with teams offshore team.
