We are seeking a high-volume Recruiter to support the Community Operations division across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement an effective hiring strategy aimed at attracting top talent to build a world-class customer support organization. Your goal will be to identify and engage individuals committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the recruiting process, from strategy meetings to panel feedback.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics like offer reports, time in stage, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure alignment with candidate expectations during the hiring process.
  • Understand candidate skill sets in relation to team objectives and goals.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to craft job descriptions and improve the hiring process using data-driven insights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing high-volume recruitment from end to end.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience influencing senior business leaders.
  • Proficient with ICIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
