Job Description:

We're seeking ambitious and empathetic operations leaders to help our practices take care of a very underserved patient population. The emphasis is on people who excel at groundwork that helps our doctors succeed in patient care on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

- Empower and elevate our customers' front desk team and clinicians through immersive training sessions and transformative coaching

- Glean product insights to shape our product roadmap

- Architect a cutting-edge customer experience framework, strategically prioritizing and swiftly addressing client needs

- Manage data and reporting to help improve care for 10,000+ patients

- Act as the first point of contact for our customers, spending significant time in practices

- Gather and analyze information in complex healthcare environments to improve our processes and product

Qualifications:

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities

- Excellent communication skills to inspire change internally and externally

- Ability to switch naturally between functions and see connections while executing on the ground

- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making

- Passion for increasing access to high-quality healthcare for underserved communities

- Willingness to relocate to New York City (if not already based there)

Interview Process:

The interview process will be an interview with each of the co founders (and a member of the team) followed by a work project to assess your ability to solve problems pertinent to the business and an on-site follow up with the team. We aim for this to be no longer than 2 weeks.
