Job Description:

• Bachelor s degree is required in information technology, Computer Science or Engineering fields, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud) preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience leading technology teams, with a proven track record in project management, particularly in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experienced with industry/ standard frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, Six Sigma, Lean IT, CMMI, ISO/IEC 20000, or DevOps) and assessing the domain maturity level of IT infrastructure operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations processes within healthcare and hospital environments.
• Experience in creating short- to medium-term plans based on assessments, including delivering project estimations (budgeting) aligned with requirements.
• Experience in applying business analysis techniques and processes to assess opportunities to improve performance, optimize workflows, proactively manage risks and ensure that IT operations projects are aligned and prioritized based on business goals/ value.
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture. Ability to Coordinate with other architects and designers from various disciplines to define the most cost-effective and efficient solution design.
• Mapping IT infrastructure by domain including organization's IT assets and their interconnections.
• Managing and delivering complex cloud infrastructure projects.
• Excellent at planning, communicating and driving architecture, engineering and infrastructure while driving changes that increase technology performance and availability, reduce time to market, new capabilities across the enterprise, decrease complexity and optimize revenue and cost.
• Ability to propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions and ownership from various departments.
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.
• Ability to define clear goals for all aspects of a project, manage their proper execution and work closely with teams to successfully monitor and report the progress of initiatives.
