Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator for a 4-month contract to support various projects, including supporting with client social scopes, internal marketing initiatives and other special assignments. This role is perfect for someone with experience in social media management, content creation, community engagement and analytics who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing social media strategies for 3 core brands + agency marketing
  • Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with social communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports.
  • Support in launching new client social media presence and furthering existing partnerships.
  • Liaise with program influencers
  • Provide additional social media coverage during holidays and upcoming team PTO.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights on how to implement new strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media coordination or management.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and execute social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (ex. HootSuite, Quid, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with brands in finance, luxury goods, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
