Salary: up to $160k base plus benefits, bonus, etc.

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience supporting initiatives focused on internal customer base
  • Experience standing up a product environment end-to-end from the people, process, product roadmap, ceremonies, etc.
  • Agile experience with experience collaborating with cross functional teams (ex: IT, HR, Design, Marketing)
  • Experience with stakeholder management (i.e. negotiating/influencing priorities)

Day-to-Day:

One of Insight Global’s largest food & beverage clients is going through an HR Transformation and are building out a new team to assist with these efforts. Originally, the organization allowed autonomy of each region/zone to design their operational model and technologies within the HR space which has led to the utilization of multiple payroll systems, talent attraction systems, learning management systems, etc. Given the organization is moving into AI, they are looking to create a centralized global operation model and to manage the end-to-end experience in one best way.

Our client is seeking multiple Product Managers for their People Product team. Unlike the tradition Product Manager role where they bring a product to market, these Product Managers will focus on more of an experience through their SaaS like technologies. The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative and delightful solutions while obsessing about creating a frictionless, integrated employee experience. As a trusted partner to our client’s Global HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), you will deliver on the agreed the product lifecycle from conception to launch, marrying your skills of tech platforms, user experience, market knowledge, and tech functionality to deliver innovative employee-centric solutions. You will fixate on problem-solving, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis and acumen for success. Your analytical mindset will separate signal from noise and provide winning solutions across the People & Performance function.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a product strategy and roadmap focused on alignment with our client’s strategic goals.
  • Driving end-to-end ownership of multiple applicable HR system solutions for new features and solutions—ensuring adoption across the company.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new intuitive products and/or improvements to existing people product solutions in the HR space.
  • Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of the product team and problems to be solved.
  • Communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, during weekly/monthly playback routines.
  • Providing strong leadership to the product team, including setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and coaching, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Developing and communicating a clear and transparent future state product vision that aligns with the company's overall 10-year strategy and inspires the team to deliver exceptional results.
