Responsibilities



  • Oversee the entire order entry and fulfillment process in SAP, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time while adhering to established procedures and service levels
  • Proactively engage with customers, address inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and maintain strong relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resolve delivery issues, and implement commercial strategies
  • Create, release, and manage customer-facing documents, including invoices, credit/debit notes, and routine order-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Track and report on key operational KPIs, such as order confirmation times and order accuracy, while performing regular checks to ensure all processes are adhered to and issues are promptly addressed
