Overview
The Associate Workday HCM Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and supporting the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system for our clients. They work closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements, configure the system, and provide end-user support, contributing to successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Workday HCM for clients, including configuration, data migration, and integration
  • Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis of HR processes
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Conduct system testing and assist in developing test scenarios and scripts
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Assist in change management and training activities
  • Stay updated on Workday HCM features and functionalities
  • Prepare project documentation and reports as needed
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities through solution demonstrations and client workshops
  • Assist in identifying and escalating potential risks and issues
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and training sessions
  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies
  • Adhere to company and industry standards, policies, and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
  • Travel to client sites as required
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Workday HCM certification or relevant training
  • 1-3 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and support
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of integration tools and techniques
  • Experience with data migration and conversion
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Understanding of security and compliance considerations in HCM systems
