What will you do?

The Finance Advanced Development Program (FADP) is a powerful and unique experience for top May/June 2025 undergraduates interested in a leadership career in Finance. In this program, you will have the opportunity to move through two rotations over the first 2 years of your career with Schneider Electric, spending 1 year in each rotation/location.

The goal of the program is to attract and develop future Finance leaders, through an accelerated learning environment with an emphasis on development and performance. These rotations will allow you to gain a broad range of experience in career paths in Finance before finding your permanent role following the program.

Rotations in the program can include:
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Finance Planning and Analysis
  • Commercial Controlling including Solutions & Services

Potential rotation locations:

Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Lexington, KY, Columbia, SC, Boston, MA

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area
  • Relevant internship experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Geographic mobility (locations vary by rotation)
