The Growth Marketing Operations team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated
messaging for media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app
messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple our services.
We are seeking a self-motivated and curious person who will be responsible for driving and performing the day-
to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross-functionally with various teams
including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer
communications for our Services team, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of services and
products.

Key Qualifications
5-8 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
Xp with with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle and
Responsys
High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.
Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed
under pressure in an evolving environment
Great teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on partners
Effective communication skills in all mediums-from slack and email to presentations.
A passion for tech products and services and a deep familiarity with tech ecosystems of services and
hardware
Description:
Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategy
objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.
Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global
large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables & risks are properly addressed and aligned.
Optimizing performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement.
Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, identifying & communicating issues to internal
teams.
Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes,
and product tooling.
Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
Education:
BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Team working strictly on the wallet product - including card, cash, identity, pay, etc. Looking for a candidate with familiarity of the financial space. Prior Financial services exp. is a plus, but not required, but if exposed to financial data, financial products how they work, etc.
Target experience - Solid experience in marketing automation, marketing technology, CRM, lifecycle, etc. Marketing operations can tend to end up skewing B2B efforts, but if they have experience with B2C within Marketing Ops, that would be great as well.

Marketing automation background - usually they are working on defining rules and logic to automate marketing campaigns. Need to be able to figure out how to turn requirements into automated campaigns so that they aren't sending out campaigns manually to people. Understanding data related to campaigns is important.
Prefer someone who has worked in CRM. The more technical the person is though, without stepping into engineering or developer territory, the better. They need to be able to understand how the systems operate. Open to someone with more technical background and experience.
