  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Manager, Systems Administration (GTM)
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days in the office per week
Travel: Quarterly company events in Cincinnati

Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to a team of systems administrators and engineers
  • Overseeing the implementation/configuration of GTM systems Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight
  • Ensuring seamless integrations with internal and external systems
  • Developing custom solutions and integrations that extend system functionality
  • Leading technical projects to enhance systems automation, workflow optimization, and UX
  • Monitoring system performance and scalability, identifying area for optimization
  • Conducting capacity planning and performance tuning activities to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of people management and leadership experience
  • Background in enterprise systems administration for go-to-market (GTM) applications
  • Experience driving digital transformation with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora, Gainsight
  • Experience setting long-term strategies for GTM systems that align with business goals
  • GTM systems architecture, configuration, customization, and development experience
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements
  • Strong project management skills in Agile environments
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization
