Akkodis is seeking a Java Developer - FIX for a contract job with a client in Jersey City NJ (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Core Java, Kafka, Spring MVC, FIX, FpML. Trading and Preferably experience of working on financial services in Global Market.
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description:
FIX Protocol is mandatory. The person will work on connectivity applications.
Required skills:-
1) 7-10 years exp in Core Java 8 or above - Must have
2) Hands-on experience in Core Java and data structures and ability to design, develop, and deploy.
3) Experience working with Windows, Linux, Spring Framework, CI/CD, Ansible, GIT, Jenkins, Junit
4) Good to have experience in message architecture such as Kafka, pub/sub, AMPS, or similar
4) Good to have experience in electronic trading and protocols like FIX, FpML
5) Good to have experience in BDD test automation framework - Cucumber
6) Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $73.00 per hour
