To be successful in this role you need to be highly skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineer. You will need to have extensive experience in managing large, complex networks, with expertise in Cisco ACI, Cisco routers and switches, and Arista data center technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who is a strong team player, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a go-getter attitude. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the design, implementation, and support of cutting-edge network solutions.
This position can be worked remotely within the United States. Working hours will flexibly be 8-5 CST and will require some nights and weekends.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Design, deploy, and manage large-scale, complex network infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI, Cisco routers and switches, and Arista data center technologies.
- Implement and manage various routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability, security, and scalability.
- Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend support for network maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades as needed.
- Document network designs, configurations, and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of network standards and best practices.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
- 6 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a large, complex network environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco routers and switches, and Arista data center technologies.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Flexibility to work after hours or weekends as needed for critical support and maintenance.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher (CCIE preferred).
- Arista certification is a plus.
- Experience with network automation and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
