At Cleric, we're building an AI-powered SRE assistant that autonomously manages, repairs, and optimizes complex software environments. We're looking for a staff product manager to bridge the gap between our product and our customers' needs.
About the roleAt Cleric, we re taking away one of the most painful parts of being an engineer managing high scale systems. You re helping our SRE and platform engineer users escape the non-stop drudgery of alerts and spending too much time on repetitive tasks.
What You'll DoCollaborate with our founders daily in our 'product room' to discuss user insights and make key product decisions
Be the voice of the customer, participating in every user call alongside the founders
Drive our product strategy with data-driven insights and a keen understanding of platform engineering pain points
Unblock our team by maintaining crucial artifacts like user insights, hypotheses, and the product roadmap
Define our UX vision and manage design execution through external contractors
Analyze product usage data to drive iterative improvements
Lead sprint planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap management
A "librarian" mindset with a dash of "poet" - you re a structured data-driven thinker but aren't afraid to trust your intuition
Experience in product management for technical products (AI, developer tools, observability, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product development
The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
A deep empathy for SREs and platform engineers - you understand the pain of 3 AM alerts
Passion for AI and its potential to transform software operations
Basic wireframing skills and an eye for good UX

Compensation Range: $140K - $200K
