We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a PMP Certification for our Houston location reporting to the Director of Professional Services. When the PM is in Houston, the role is hybrid meaning that work from home/office is flexible. Expect at least 25% of travel to our other operation sites.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Project Documentation and Data Management in SharePoint
- Project Initiation and Hand-off from Sales to Professional Services project team (Project team)
- Support pre-Sales with preliminary project planning, estimates, and other input as required to support proposals
- Schedule Project Hand-off with Sales and Project team
- Gain full understanding of SOW, Deliverables, and Schedule including milestones and deadlines
- Project Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing
- Estimating and preliminary planning input to proposals and Sales - including planning for risk and uncertainty
- Creating detailed deployment plan with Project team including Gantt Charts for schedule based on SOW
- In coordination with the Client Field or Project Manager, establish a relationship with clients, facilitating clear communication across all teams, and schedule recurring meetings to document progress, changes, etc
- PM is responsible for Material Ordering
- PM is responsible for Subcontractor engagement and management
- PM is responsible for Project Tracking
- Tracking materials and hours
- Conducting recurring calls with Project team to discuss progress, changes, project risk, etc
- Ensuring that schedule milestones and deadlines are met
- Notifying Finance of invoicing milestones and Change Orders
- Conducting monthly project review meetings with the LT/Managers/Procurement to review all active projects
- PM is responsible for full life cycle of Change Orders
- PM is responsible for Post-Project Review
- Conduct the project review
- Work with Accounting to present P&L
- Dissect the data and create a presentation for review
- Work with Client Managers and Project team to collect lessons learned and develop improvement plans
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Safety, Quality, and Continual Improvement mind-set
- Positive and energetic servant leader that enables success for the client, project team, and business
- I&E, Controls and Automation, and/or SCADA project delivery experience desired
- Proficient in MS Project, MS Project Online, MS Project for the Web, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Office
- Mobile Construction Management tool experience a plus
