This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of customer information while providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and managing data related to customer accounts.
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 hourly Job: Full time On site Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the company databases. Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding their accounts. Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues. Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies. Prepare and generate reports related to customer data and service issues as needed. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or customer service preferred. Proven experience in data entry or in a customer service role is a plus. Strong typing skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
