Duties And Responsibilities

  • Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand identity and visual representation across multiple brands, adhering to established guidelines while adapting designs for local market needs.
  • Content Creation: Design digital and print collateral, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, website assets, email templates, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Campaign Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop creative assets for online campaigns, including display ads, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Event & Community Marketing: Develop promotional materials for local events, community outreach, and in-office patient experiences.
  • Photo & Video Editing: Assist with basic photo editing and video production for website, social media, and internal use.
  • Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and physician teams, to understand project requirements, manage timelines, and deliver creative solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously bring new and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Performs coding of templates as necessary to support media blasts (HTML/Inline CSS)
  • Ensures E-blasts are cross platform compatible by using EmailOnAcid
  • Prepares brochures, flyers and other print materials by formatting content and graphics.
  • Utilizes and creates digital marketing media.
  • Manages marketing collateral inventory
  • Makes slight modifications to Word Press.
  • Manages, updates, and maintains the U.S. Dermatology Partners Print Portal
  • Provides training to all office managers on use and operation of print portal

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-location service organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software including Acrobat, PowerPoint and Canva. Adobe Premier Pro desired, not required
  • Digital Skills: Familiarity with web design tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print mediums.

  • Mathematical and/or analytical ability for basic to intermediate problem solving
  • Basic to intermediate computer operation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Travel: Up to 10%
  • Specialty knowledge of systems relating to job function such as Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
