Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Engage with policyholders and third parties via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Policy Management: Process policy requests, update information, and ensure all procedures meet accuracy standards
- Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional service by addressing client needs with professionalism, empathy, and care
- Ongoing Support: Proactively manage communications to keep policies up-to-date and relevant to clients’ needs
- Passion for Service: A strong desire to help families safeguard their financial futures
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex products clearly and build trust with clients
- Empathy & Sensitivity: Respond to client needs with compassion and understanding
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in documentation and policy management
- Sales/Customer Service Experience: Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, internet applications, and digital communication tools for remote work
- Independence & Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable Attendance: Consistent attendance is essential to meet client needs
- Home Office Setup: A quiet, designated workspace is required for remote work
