Product Owner - Gaming (Casino)

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in gaming and casino environments to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of casino gaming products, ensuring that our digital and in-person experiences are innovative, engaging, and aligned with customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and operations, to drive product success and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all gaming product-related initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap creation to delivery and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Gather and analyze data from customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications for the development team.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements specific to gaming and casinos.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on gaming products (casino experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of casino gaming products, both digital and physical, and the player experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, with the ability to write clear and actionable user stories and manage product backlogs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize features that deliver the most business value.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Passion for gaming and a customer-first mindset.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner role, ideally in the gaming or casino industry.
