Job Title: Technical Project Manager.

Job Description:

  • Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team for efforts estimation and create project execution plans
  • Continually track for Planned and Actuals for assigned projects in terms of scope (plan/actual), Quality of output, and course correction with a high level of collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Continual benchmark best in class practices (outside in benchmark), drive productivity and improve V&V processes
  • Delivery of projects per the commitment
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of architects, BA, designers, developers, V&V engineers to develop products as per business requirements
  • Technical design reviews to ensure the project is delivering per architecture
  • Drive Requirements driven testing (100% Traceability Requirements, Development, Test, Defect)
  • Reporting project status weekly to ensure there are no surprises.
  • Follow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology.
  • Change management in place to manage the changes to the project
  • Processes improvements - document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan the transition to new processes as needed.
  • Leverage industry standards and best practices to develop standards processes, procedures and documentation.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain Operations and IT Development team to provide systems analysis and support
