Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 2+ Months (Willing to extend after 2 months)
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite once per week)

Key Competencies:
Experience: 3-5 Years of Business Analysis

• Candidates MUST be within driving distance to the Irving TX
• Role will be mostly remote however they could be onsite once per week or 3-4 times per month
• Candidates must have 3-5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience noted on Resume for consideration
• Candidates must have a completed Bachelors Degree for consideration
• Must be confident in their use of MS Office, Google Suite, Jira/Atlassian & Microsoft Power BI
• 2 Rounds of Video Interviews before offer stage

This role will be assigned to large, complex transformational initiatives and will need to perform business analyst functions, working closely with the business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, drive prioritization and streamline business processes.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and business analysis, with proven experience in Salesforce and Eloqua implementation. This role will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business goals, and enhancing our CRM and marketing automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Business Analysis:

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance business operations.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, wireframes, and data models.

Salesforce Implementation:

• Support the implementation and customization of Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance and usage, recommending enhancements as needed.

Eloqua Implementation:

• Oversee the implementation and integration of Eloqua for marketing automation.
• Gather requirements for lead nurturing and scoring strategies to optimize lead conversion.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Eloqua and Salesforce.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology or related field.

Microsoft Power BI

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Salesforce and Eloqua certifications are a plus.
