Job Description
Graphic Designer
Remote
Pay rate: 54 - 64/hr
Contract: Oct - Dec 2024
Drives the operational efficiency of the system through continual user and functional enhancements, user feedback, ongoing analysis, and the introduction of new design elements as necessary. Creates graphics, videos, various other media, and enablement-owned content design. Uses creativity and alignment to ServiceNow brand to optimize content experience.
Responsibilities:
- Governance Maintain governance of system and content through design conventions.
- Testing Develop end-user testing protocols to ensure content is accurate and meets standards before publishing.
- Feedback Gather end-user feedback to inform UI/UX decisions. Conducts end-user surveys.
- Prototypes Build prototypes for various projects for POC and approval.
- Graphics Define graphic and layout design standards.
- Assets Create icons, images, and banners.
- Content Facilitates the creation and representation of specific enablement-owned content assets, including Value decks.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ Years graphic design and creative experience ideally spanning branding, publishing and website design, with a complete understanding of the concept to production design process.
- AA/BA/BFA or related degree in design.
- Must have advanced skills using: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite and some awareness in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Flash, and Bridge.
- Adobe Experience Manager Suite experience preferred
- CSS, HTML, TypeScript preferred.

- Strong communicator who has the ability to present concepts and work to all levels in the organization.
- Outstanding team player: excellent collaboration skills and self-motivated to engage with the rest of the Partner Enablement team.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that can juggle multiple projects to accomplish critical goals.
- High-energy, can do personality that thrives in a deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrate quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work performed with appropriate levels of independence and discretion.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Proven track record working with internal design team and agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developed if need be.
