  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Piper Companies is looking for a Salesforce Application Manager to join a team for a fortune 100 company. This is a full-time remote position.

Essential Duties of the Salesforce Application Manager:

Provide support for the CS/CX business users.

Support configuration of a single application/module.

Understand business requirements, business risks and clear PRD documentation.

Support vendor escalations, track key metrics and drive insights.

Analyze application issues, configuration, implementation, and function.

Qualifications of the Salesforce Application Manager:

5-8 years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

5-8 years experience with Salesforce Administrator.

5-8 years experience using Salesforce application integration experience using Salesforce API.

Integration, Chatbot solutions, and exchanging data experience necessary.

Certifications needed for Salesforce Application Manager:

Platform Developer 1 - needed

Platform Developer 2 - needed

Salesforce Service Cloud - Nice to have

Salesforce Admin - Nice to have

Compensation for the Salesforce Application Manager:
  • $85,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
  • Remote position
  • Full Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k upon conversion with competitive benefits for first 6 months
