Preference for candidates based in West Coast/CA/Sacramento area. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with some mandatory travel. Travel expenses will be covered.

Essential Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in creating and developing performance test scripts that realistically mimic user behavior and traffic patterns in LoadRunner.
- Ability to enhance performance test scripts utilizing either Java or C within the LoadRunner framework.
- Skilled in defining appropriate test data parameterization for selected performance test cases.
- Capability to determine the necessary volume of test data and devise an effective strategy for test data preparation.
- Experience in conducting various types of system and application performance tests, including load, stress, and scalability tests, in order to analyze system behavior under various conditions.
- Competent in generating comprehensive performance test reports and effectively communicating the results and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Expertise in crafting and sustaining performance testing scripts and scenarios for ongoing and repeated usage.
Technical Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of HP LoadRunner/Performance Center for performance testing purposes.
- Previous experience as a Performance Tester with emphasis on test script development.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and their integration into test environments.
- Experience as an Integration Developer with knowledge of system integrations.
Project Outputs:
- The role involves the creation and delivery of LoadRunner performance test scripts.
- Development and delivery of clearly defined performance test scenarios.
- Comprehensive performance test reports, including detailed observations and analysis.
