About Us:
BuzzWire Media is a dynamic media agency based in Westland, Michigan. We specialize in web design, graphic design, SEO, social media management, and video production services We are a YOUNG fresh company, but as we continue to grow, we're looking for a senior-level graphic designer who can also assist with administrative tasks.
Position Overview:
This role will be a blend of creative and administrative work, with the breakdown being approximately 70% creative and 30% administrative. The ideal candidate will be an experienced graphic designer with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (70%):
- Design visual assets for websites, social media, marketing materials, and branding projects.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure designs meet their vision and objectives.
- Work with Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software to create high-quality visuals.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
- Take on social media accounts and run social media
Administrative Tasks (30%):
- Manage client communications: set up meetings, take calls, and respond to inquiries.
- Send out invoices and ensure timely follow-up for payments.
- Schedule and organize tasks for the design team and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Assist in handling client onboarding and project management tasks.
Other Opportunities:

What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in a creative or media environment.
- Must have a portfolio/resume showcasing your best design work.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with invoicing systems and basic client management tools is a plus.
