Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience in ServiceNow and a strong background in managing state or government projects. The ideal candidate will lead project teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects for state or government clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of state or government project requirements and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
