Position Title: Contracts Manager Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Direct Hire Duration: Permanent Essential Duties:
Oversee a nationwide portfolio of communication facility site leases, site licenses, easements, non-disturbance agreements, and other real estate contracts, handling various geographic locations and all phases of the leasing and licensing process.
Gather and evaluate data sets at both the site and company levels to identify the optimal implementation strategy for each project in the pipeline.
Create and execute a management strategy for finalized contracts, including extensions, compliance, and optimization. Preferred Skills:
Site acquisition: Personally handled the selection and design of numerous lease portfolios across various U.S. markets for carriers or communication facility owners/operators.
Contract negotiation: Expert in understanding the standard communications real estate contracts, including their objectives and contents.
Proficient in drafting: Skilled at creating and formulating complex language to achieve specific goals, employing methods that reduce the necessity for legal assistance.
