Overview: We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team in the light industries sector across Florida. As part of our maintenance and repair team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our production facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. We have opportunities for Maintenance Technicians, Industrial Electricians, and Mechanical Technicians. If you have experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

For Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair them to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain records of repairs, equipment inspections, and service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

For Industrial Electrician:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components of industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems, including wiring, motors, and control systems.
• Perform electrical inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Work with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automated systems.
• Assist in electrical upgrades and installations in new and existing facilities.

For Mechanical Technician:

• Repair and maintain mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, and pneumatic equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensure all mechanical equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
• Perform equipment upgrades and assist with new installations.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions during repair work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Maintenance Technician:

• Proven experience in maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Technical certifications or training in maintenance and repair is a plus.

Industrial Electrician:

• Experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and codes.
• Experience working with PLCs and other automated systems.
• Licensed or certified as an Industrial Electrician is preferred.

Mechanical Technician:

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience in repairing and maintaining industrial mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Relevant technical certification or trade school diploma is an advantage.
