  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX or Cleveland/Strongsville, OH

Job Responsibilities:

Organize and lead cross-functional teams during customer service disruptions, configuration management, new feature rollouts, and product implementations.
Execute code upgrades independently.
Take responsibility for and master various subject matter areas.
Identify and document best practices within these areas.
Propose continuous process improvements.
Maintain and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Essential Technical Skills

Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Hadoop (Admin) with Cloudera, including Spark, Hive, Impala, and Hue.
Expertise in Red Hat Linux.
Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Leadership experience.
Proven ability to take charge during incident resolution.
Capability to communicate strategies to senior leaders during critical incidents.
