Data Analyst
6 month contract (possibility for extension)
REMOTE
Pay range: $45-51/hr
Description: The Quality Model Consultant will leverage their deep knowledge of consumer experience, data from service interactions and quality audits to improve the overall experience for our members and outcomes for our Business.
This role is responsible for bringing and connecting data from multiple sources channels, enrich data, support executive decision making to improve consumer experience. This position will drive effective communication channels (call, chat, portal), service optimization and increase overall quality performance for members across their healthcare consumer. Role will also conduct a deep analysis, generating data-driven insights, be a data driven storyteller, bringing visualization and support well-developed communications.
By understanding the capabilities, strategies, financial and operational goals of stakeholders, successful individuals in this role will identify opportunities to leverage data science or core analytic solutions to drive higher efficiency and improve customer experience across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with vast amounts of data from multiple sources to deliver high-impact actionable insights to senior leadership and business operations; enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client Operations, while focusing on constituent experience improvement.
Perform exploratory data analysis from structured, unstructured, and diverse datasets; apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement.
Helping source, clean, prepare and verify integrity of data to be used for analysis.
Discover and communicate actionable insights to decision makers. Make presentations to sr. executives and decision-makers.
Serve as a thought leader for the consumer omnichannel journey analytics domain. Provide expert advisory services for strategy, metrics, product development, and analytics vision to senior leadership.
Partner with various functions to produce innovative and transformative data science solutions which directly contribute to achieving enterprise goals and vision.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in a highly quantitative field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, data-driven investigations, data storytelling, visualizations, and analytic insight creation for executive consumption.
Experience handling terabyte size datasets, diving into data to discover hidden patterns,
Experience in data visualization tools
Advanced experience in SQL.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Advanced proficiency in R and/or Python for data analysis
Demonstrated business focus; must excel at connecting business requirements to analytic objectives and to measurable business benefit
Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau / PowerBI / D3JS etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree or higher in a highly quantitative field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, data-driven investigations, data storytelling, visualizations, and analytic insight creation for executive consumption.
Experience in any of the following: Omnichannel strategy, Customer Service Analytics, Call Optimization and Obviation strategy, digital and messaging adoption, Consumer behavioral analytics.
Experience with Nexidia
Experience with Qualtrics
Experience with Spark
Experience with cloud-based analytic services.
Experience with any of the following: machine learning platforms, data mart development and engineering, advanced statistics, natural language processing, process mining, journey analytics platforms
