Endpoint Engineer

RKCS is a prime government contractor providing IT Services to various state, local and federal agencies since 1998.

For one of these agencies, RKCS requires an Endpoint and Mobility Support Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft Intune, Airwatch, Workspace One or similar.

You are the go to resource for the customer (Solution Architect/expert level), you will assess, plan and implement a best practices plan for a secure mobile device environment.

Our ideal candidate holds a Microsoft Intune, AirWatch Certification, and at least 5+ years in Endpoint Management solutions.

CANDIDATES LOCAL TO MINNESOTA ONLY

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Intune/Endpoint Manager Infrastructure
• Management of Configuration profiles and compliance policies
• Enrollment of Android and iOS devices in BYOD, COPE and COSU
• Responsible for timely resolution of tasks, changes for several thousand mobiles devices
• MDM Administration including application updates, new application deployments, device policy changes
• Active Directory User & Security group management
• Application signing, Apple DEP, Apple VPP, Apple Developer Certs and application wrapping

Hybrid in St. Paul, MN 2 days onsite!

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years overall experience in IT
• 5+ years experience in one of the following roles:

• Microsoft Endpoint Configurator
• Intune Engineer
• Mobility Engineer
• Desktop Security Engineer
• Systems Engineer with Intune, AirWatch or similar skills
• Endpoint and Mobility Engineer

• Certification in any of the Endpoint Management solution
• Expert level resource (Architect/Administrator/Senior Engineer)
• Public sector experience is a plus!
