"Sr. Onsite Hospitality (Sustainment):

POSITION PROFILE

Provides consistent and high quality standard of cleanliness and organization of breakrooms, coffee machines and equipment and water dispensers. Office maintenance, including, but not limited to: light wiping/dusting, ordering and restocking office supplies within department. This position reports directly to the Site Manager.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure excellent and professional client service at all times
• Ability to train team members on responsibilities and tasks associated with the position
• Provide general assistance in cleaning kitchen and function areas, as directed
• Maintaining kitchens and cleaning kitchen equipment including coffee machines and carafes, water dispensers, cup holders, countertops, etc.
• Maintain occasional cleaning duties as needed in the office or building locations (i.e. dusting, light wiping, organize and restocking break rooms)
• Create and update cleaning and auditing schedules
• Maintain auditing application
• Delegate auditing tickets to different facilities groups
• Update site maps
• Create campus signage as needed (Coffee brewing instructions, grill signs, help signs)
• Maintain relationship with product vendors
• Save and organize coffee product receipts
• Order and keep par level for coffee and break room supplies
• Order and keep par level for cleaning supplies
• Send requests for repair of Coffee equipment
• Maintain service log on coffee machines
• Pull metrics reports weekly and monthly
• Performs other job duties as assigned"

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related hospitality and office experience is preferred"
