Title ServiceNow Project Manager
Location Must be hybrid and local to Sacramento CA
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and client stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
Develop and maintain project plans, resource scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management strategies
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and provide timely updates on project progress
Ensure project quality and compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards
Identify and resolve project issues and risks, and escalate as needed to ensure project success
Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement for future projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with ServiceNow projects
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Experience in Agile project management methodologies
Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
