Software Test Engineer

Candidate Requirements Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years of work-related experience Degrees or certifications required: No specific degree is required for this role. Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain Experience testing software, Experience writing test documentation such as Test Plans, scripts and test results reports, Ability to analyze/interpret test results and provide recommendations to improve testing. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 2+ years of Experience with Fiddler, wireshark and network monitoring tools. 2. Minimum 2+ years Experience reviewing security context of windows software. 4. Minimum 2+ years of experience with Python, Powershell, Git, Sysinternals.
