Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MLOps Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in our ongoing MLOps project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, programming, and data engineering.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain machine learning models using Python and relevant ML libraries.
Handle data preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
Use Git for version control and managing codebase.
Deploy and scale ML models on cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
Implement ETL and data pipelines and use tools like Apache Spark and Apache Airflow for workflow automation.

Mandatory Skills:
Proficient in Python programming.
Strong understanding of ML lifecycle and ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, Pandas, XGBoost, LightGBM etc.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
Proficiency in Big Query, PySpark, SQL, Apache Hadoop, HDFS, and Hive
Expertise in cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure or AWS).
Knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, and tools like Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.
Experience with MLflow for model management.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Tools like Feast for managing features across training and serving.
Understanding of A/B testing, canary deployments, and model drift monitoring.
Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
Understanding of model interpretability tools (SHAP).
Familiarity with advanced ML and deep learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Ability to design cost-efficient pipelines and optimize resource usage in cloud environments.
