Client wants a Full Stack Developer. The tools Client will be using are Angular, Node, React, JS, ViewJS, Lambda for creating microservices and API s. Client will be using a Postgres SQL backend database. The whole focus of this product development effort is to build a Data Heavy environment resulting in building a frontend portal to integrate the frontend with the backend through web services and API s.

Must have experience with writing automate testing scripts in Selenium
Will be responsible for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, align Configuration Management and Release Management on data needs and own test data provisioning tasks.

Person will develop testing strategy and master test plan to support testing objectives.
Primary duties will be but are not limited to: Managing the relationship with project/program stakeholders (IT and business. Leads and coordinates all testing within a project/program.
Must play a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of testing components.
Will define appropriate testing methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design.
Must review/approve all project related test assets for completeness and quality.
Will collect testing metrics, reports status as defined in test plan with supporting data.
Will manage both onshore and offshore test execution resources for project under test.
Will be accountable for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, align Configuration Management and Release Management on data needs and own test data provisioning tasks.
Requires bachelor s degree in computer science or information systems; 7+ years of testing and product quality experience; or any combination of education and experience.
Must have 3-5+ years of experience developing manual and automated testing.
Must have demonstrated ability to manage testing efforts at across multiple systems. Hold Quality Certification, such as CSTE, CSQA, CMST, CSQE are required.
Standard IT 40 hour schedule (8am to 5pm EST), with possibility of some night/weekend work required.
This role will be for a Full Stack product build on a new contract so will be directly engaged in the design and implementation phases.
Must have Agile or SAFe methodology development experience
Medicare experience is nice to have.
