Solution Architect/Director -- Integration

Overview

As a Solution Director of Integration Modernization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex integration projects for our clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in commercial iPaaS platforms, such as Boomi or MuleSoft, to design, develop, and implement innovative integration solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture: Develop and communicate comprehensive integration architectures that meet our clients' business requirements and align with their existing IT landscape.
Project Management: Lead and manage complex integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance on their integration initiatives.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide technical demonstrations, and develop winning proposals.
Contract Development: Draft and negotiate contracts, such as Statements of Work (SOWs), to ensure alignment with project scope and commercial terms.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Qualifications

Proven expertise in at least one commercial iPaaS platform, such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
Deep understanding of Application Integration Services (AIS) and their role in modern integration architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS, is a significant advantage.
Proven track record of consulting on complex business modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent client-facing skills, including strong presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
History of providing pre-sales technical support and developing compelling proposals.
Ability to create detailed integration architectures, plan discovery and implementation phases, and estimate project timelines, resources and costs.
Proven ability to draft and understand contracts, such as SOWs.
Desired Qualifications

Certifications in relevant iPaaS platforms or cloud technologies.
Experience with specific industry verticals (i.e., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate is desired.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
