Job Title: Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to help us create and manage marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will work with the Business Manager (BM), Sales team, and vendors to ensure our campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning:
    • Work with the BM to create a detailed timeline for each campaign.
    • Estimate the resources needed for campaigns and how they will be delivered.
  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Collect the details we need for campaigns and suggest standard solutions.
    • Use tools like Mural to visualize campaign flows and checklists.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Break down the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns to see what works.
    • Suggest improvements based on campaign results.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create engaging content in collaboration with our CRM partners and Marketing Operations (Marketing Ops).
    • Develop new features in SFMC to support our marketing efforts.
  • Journey Building:
    • Build customer journeys in SFMC
    • Create and manage forms in SFMC UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for approval.
  • Data Management:
    • Work with Marketing Ops to prepare data loads and ensure everything is accurate.
    • Create segments in the Data Cloud (DC) to target the right audiences.
  • Testing & Launching:
    • Test campaigns end-to-end in UAT and get sign-off from Marketing Ops.
    • Launch journeys and forms in SFMC PROD (Production).
  • Sales Training Support:
    • Help create training videos for the sales team using Allego.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and incoming leads.
  • Reporting:
    • Merge leads and contacts in the CRM for clean data management.
    • Generate reports in SFMC to track campaign success.
    • Work with BM, Sales, and Marketing Ops to evaluate results and plan future campaigns.
  • Project Management:
    • Create JIRA stories with proper definition of done
    • Join the SCRUM ceremonies and work with Agile teams
    • Prioritize the development work in JIRA framework
  • Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification
  • Agile Certification
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM - Salescloud
