This Women’s Designer is a temporary role which will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure the highest quality product that aligns with our brand’s vision. The Women’s Designer conduct seasonal market research to spot emerging trends, and adapt them to align with brand’s design aesthetic and philosophy.

The Women’s Designer conduct seasonal market research to spot emerging trends, and adapt them to align with brand’s design aesthetic and philosophy.
Responsibilities Of The Women’s Designer
- Support the senior design team by assessing how various categories evolve from season to season
- Work with senior leaders on monthly presentations, confidently addressing inquiries from the executive leadership team
- Collaborate with the technical department throughout the product development and fit processes, ensuring all standards are upheld
- Partner with merchants to ensure each season’s assortment meets customer needs and offers a balanced range of options
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of raw materials and work with cross-functional teams to source seasonal and core fabrics
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality aligns with cost structures
- Analyze domestic and international market trends to ensure they are relevant to the brand’s design direction
- Work closely with the Concept team to evaluate the entire collection and provide constructive feedback
- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed
- Strong knowledge of women’s fashion trends, particularly in bottoms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including production, technical, and merchandising teams
- Ability to confidently present to senior leadership and field questions
- Proficiency in sourcing fabrics and working with raw materials
- Experience in product lifecycle management from concept to final development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED is required
