  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to grow your career in IT support? We are hiring Technical Support Associates to join our team for two open positions. If you have hands-on experience with computers, networks, and troubleshooting, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: Monday Thursday, 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM

3rd Shift:

  • Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 5:00 AM 5:30 PM
  • Monday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support and service restoration for operations and projects in a distributed computing environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to PC, MAC, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to improve and maintain systems.
  • Support Windows 10 desktop implementation and Office 365 services.
  • Contribute to the development of IT infrastructure architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting computers, printers, servers, and networks.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPN, DHCP, AD, DNS, WINS, and FTP.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office/Office 365 services.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, communications protocols, and networking hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and possess strong technical and communication skills.
