  • Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IGA solutions, ensuring they align with organizational security policies and industry standards.
  • Develop architectural frameworks and reference architectures for identity management initiatives.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ with existing systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to customize identity solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Establish identity governance policies and procedures to manage user access and entitlements effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal audit requirements.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, role management, and access request workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits of access controls and user permissions to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor system performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Analyze metrics and reporting to provide insights into identity management processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SailPoint and identity management best practices for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Operations team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for IT staff and business users on SailPoint functionalities and identity management practices.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in identity management and security, with a focus on SailPoint products .
  • Proven track record of architecting and implementing SailPoint solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow, including configuration and customization.
  • Proficient in Java, BeanShell, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Ability to integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud applications).
  • Experience with other IAM technologies (Okta, IBM Security Identity Manager, Security Access Manager) and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or SailPoint certifications.
  • Experience with cloud identity solutions and integration with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
