  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Migration Specialist (O365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive)

About the Project:

  • We are separating Microsoft O365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive from a parent organization into an existing O365 instance. The project involves migrating approximately 350 users, 1-2 TB of data from SharePoint and OneDrive, and about 200 team sites.
  • We are seeking an experienced vendor or migration specialist with a proven track record of successful O365 migrations, especially in complex environments involving Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Past experience in similar projects is critical, as previous migrations involving Teams have posed significant challenges. Referrals from past clients and demonstrable success in similar projects are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the migration of O365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive environments from a parent organization to an existing O365 instance.
  • Migrate 350 users and ensure smooth transfer of 1-2 TB of SharePoint and OneDrive data.
  • Migrate approximately 200 Teams sites with minimal disruption to users.
  • Ensure proper mapping, data integrity, and minimal downtime during the migration process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the migration, particularly with Teams sites and user permissions.
  • Provide post-migration support and ensure full functionality of O365 services post-transition.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in successfully migrating large O365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
  • Demonstrable experience with complex Teams migrations.
  • Ability to manage data integrity, permissions, and security throughout the migration process.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Client referrals or case studies of past migration projects are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with migrations in organizations of similar size (350+ users, 1-2 TB data, 200+ team sites).
  • Certification in Microsoft O365 and relevant technologies is a plus.
