  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Cisco UC Unity VOIP Administrator / Unified Communications Administrator / Cisco VOIP Voice Engineer (Direct Hire) Position is located ONSITE for 1-2 days in the Ames area. MOSTLY you can work REMOTE and have WFH flexibility the other days! This is a really RARE opportunity.

Cisco Telephony VOIP experience

Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express

Configuration, installation, and Troubleshooting (Cisco CUCM, Voicemail, VoIP Endpoints & servers)

Experience with endpoints: Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator, SIP Soft Phones

* Strong ROOT CAUSE TROUBLESHOOTING & CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Hands-on experience on the below Cisco Unified Communications Applications devices

Knowledge and experience with Teams Voice

3rd Party telephony vendor experience

* Experience in Networking is a plus !

* Certifications are highly preferred But not required!
