Job Title: WorkForce Software Integration Specialist

Type: Full-time - Contract - CTC

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled WorkForce Software Integration Specialist to lead the implementation and integration of WorkForce Software, a new timekeeping tool, into our existing SuccessFactors HCM system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between the systems, optimizing time management processes, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Configure WorkForce Software: Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of WorkForce Software to meet organizational time-tracking needs.
  • Integration with SuccessFactors: Design, develop, and manage the integration between WorkForce Software and SuccessFactors HCM, ensuring accurate data transfer between systems.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements for timekeeping and payroll functionality, translating them into system specifications.
  • Customization & Optimization: Configure system rules and workflows for timekeeping, attendance, leave management, and compliance with local and international labor regulations.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test cases to validate data flows, integrations, and overall system performance. Conduct UAT with stakeholders.
  • System Support: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations for both WorkForce Software and SuccessFactors integration.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create detailed technical documentation for system integrations.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication during the integration process.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • WorkForce Software Experience: Hands-on experience with WorkForce Software, preferably with implementation and configuration expertise.
  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM modules, especially Time Management and Payroll.
  • Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating HR and timekeeping systems, preferably using APIs, middleware (such as CPI, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms), or custom scripts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with XML, IDocs, and integration protocols. Experience with SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead integration projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification.
  • Experience with HRIS timekeeping systems and their integrations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in timekeeping and labor regulations across different regions.
