As an Entry-Level Event Marketing & Public Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of promotional events, ensuring smooth operations and strong community engagement. You will support public relations activities, helping to craft and deliver messages that enhance the reputation of our clients. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about marketing, event coordination, and developing brand relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, promotions, and public relations campaigns
  • Work with team members to develop event marketing strategies tailored to specific client goals
  • Manage event logistics, including set-up, on-site operations, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Build and maintain relationships with event attendees, community members, and key influencers to promote client brands
  • Monitor trends and feedback from events to evaluate success and improve future campaigns
  • Represent clients and their brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner during events

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in event marketing, public relations, and brand promotion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle event logistics and execution efficiently
  • Previous experience in marketing, PR, events, or customer service is a plus but not required
