  • Utilize your strong communication skills to articulate company values and job roles to candidates.
  • Use Careerbuilder and CRM for sourcing and managing candidate information.
  • Implement 'About Time' software for efficient time management in the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes that might affect the recruitment process.
  • Handle any inquiries from candidates regarding the application process in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continually improve the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Experience with Careerbuilder and CRM
  • Knowledge of About Time software
  • Experience in using Applicant Track System
  • Ability to conduct Background Checks
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Must have a legal right to work in the country
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
  • Must possess a professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with local and federal employment laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a HR Recruiter role is desirable.
