Long term contract: 18 months

Onsite 3x a week, Downtown Seattle, WA
We are seeking a skilled HR Service Desk Analyst to lead and analyze complex HR processes, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance. This role involves integrating new services into the HR Service Desk, conducting analysis, design, UAT testing, and creating training materials. You will also identify operational efficiency opportunities, lead transformational efforts, and handle high-complexity US and Canadian benefits administration.
Key responsibilities include project leadership, content creation, performance analytics (via Power BI), and expert-level problem solving to meet departmental goals. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRIS systems is required, with 3+ years of HR administration and project management experience.
Preferred: PeopleSoft Benefits and Canadian HR experience.
