Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Remote (Work hours must overlap with team members in India and the United States)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our technology product strategy and development. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business strategies. The Product Manager will develop product roadmaps, manage the product backlog, and collaborate closely with product development teams to deliver new features and improvements. You will also work on enhancing the product user experience and interface design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technology product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead product user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design and strategy.
  • Create and manage user stories, feature designs, and product development hierarchy.
  • Oversee product backlog management, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
  • Support the adoption of agile product development practices.
  • Lead initiatives for custom development projects for clients.
  • Review and approve product enhancement requests with a focus on strategy and user experience.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups with the development team to remove blockers, clarify needs, and track progress
  • Manage product-related issues and customer communications.
  • Stay updated on Medicare reimbursement programs, market competitors, and product functionalities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology product management.
  • Preferred experience as a Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of agile product development (Scrum), technology product management, and the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with Medicare chronic care management and monitoring program reimbursement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Reliable internet connection for accessing all programs.
  • A quiet and professional workspace suitable for handling sensitive and Protected Health Information (PHI).
