We are seeking an Administrative Services Manager (ASM) to manage a statewide mental health training program. This hybrid role requires up to 30% travel across the state and reporting to the Nashville, TN office.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the mental health training program in public health regions, metro health departments, and community organizations.

  • Conduct mental health trainings for health department staff and partners.

  • Provide mentorship to program instructors.

  • Develop grant reports, workplans, and provide budget support.

  • Maintain databases, create status reports, and ensure data quality.

  • Prepare professional written communications, infographics, and presentations.

  • Identify program improvements and innovative solutions.

  • Lead meetings with instructors, vendors, public health staff, and partners.

  • Conduct outreach to recruit and train target populations (first responders, educators, etc.).

  • Serve as liaison for mental health workgroups and collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program/project management or administrative experience.

  • Certification in mental health instruction (preferred).

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Experience in grant or contract management (preferred).
