  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, preferably with a focus on HR and IT integration.
  • Experience with business processes and ability to quickly learn technical language.
  • Experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience with monday.com project management software
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path or other similar automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR Automations Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation to support automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technical solutions for identified automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Facilitate clear and concise communication between HR, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
